Project Management

The primary responsibility of a project manager is to get the project built on time and on budget while leaving the customer with a smile on their face. To accomplish those goals, a residential construction project manager, for example, will need to plan and manage the construction of homes, apartment complexes or duplexes, which requires rigorous training in leadership and project planning. NAHB’s project management course will sharpen managers’ construction project skills With NAHB’s comprehensive course designed for home building professionals, you can enhance your project management skills. Learn from industry experts to effectively plan, execute, and deliver successful projects. By applying the concepts and strategies of this course, project managers will increase their professional value and thus bring value to the company and to the customer.
